Nine new marine transport stations have been set up in the canal that take visitors on ferry. The boardwalk within the Business Bay area will be called the Marasi Business Bay Promenade, consisting of a 12-kilometer walkway and leisure areas, giving visitors ample space to stroll, jog and enjoy the surrounding areas.
Here, the region's first purpose-built yachting destination, floating restaurants and cafes, five marinas, over 1,250 berths, onshore boutiques and entertainment facilities will reside. The project will also enclose unique water homes with pools, promoting residence and business floating on water. The project will be divided into three areas; The Yacht Club, The Pier and The Park.
